Marc A. Kiekenapp
Marc Kiekenapp is senior partner of our franchise sales broker, Kiekenapp & Associates, LLC, a national Franchise Consulting Company assisting franchisors in the qualification and selection process of quality candidates ideally suited for the franchise concept. Marc has over 28 years of franchise experience. He has been a master licensee, owned and operated multiple national franchise units as a franchisee. In the spring of 2000 Marc was recognized as one of the top three franchise executives by Franchise Update Magazine. With over twenty-eight years of experience in franchising, Marc is requested as a frequent guest speaker on franchise development topics for the International Franchise Association, Franchise Update Magazine, The Restaurant Finance national convention, and franchisor national conventions. Mr. Kiekenapp is currently serving on the IFA Supplier forum and is active in many aspects with the International Franchise Association. Marc is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys golf and tennis.
Tadd Olson
Tadd Olson is managing partner of our franchise sales broker, Kiekenapp & Associates, LLC, a national Franchise Consulting Company assisting franchisors in the qualification and selection process of quality candidates ideally suited for the franchise concept. Tadd started his first business in college and later purchased a national franchise company. He later sold that company and joined Kiekenapp & Associates; the same team of people that had helped him find the right franchisees for his franchise company. Tadd’s experience in both starting businesses from the ground up and acquiring a mature franchise company has provided him with great insight into what it takes to be a successful business owner. Tadd has a business degree with an emphasis in finance and economics. When he’s not working, Tadd spends his time with his wife Jasmine and their three daughters, Ava, Taylor, and Ainsley.
Steve Olson
Steve Olson is managing partner of our franchise sales broker, Bitsyray Enterprises, LLC. With 25 years of franchise, finance, and entrepreneurial experience Steve, brings key skills to the organization. During his tenure as Director of Franchise Development at Service Brands International (franchisor of Mr. Handyman, Molly Maid, 1-800-DryClean, and Certified Restoration Dry-Cleaning), Steve successfully helped launch the 1-800-DryClean and Mr. Handyman brands. As Regional Director of a national home furnishings franchise, Steve was responsible for all operations of master licensees, and received the International Franchise Association’s prestigious “Franny Award” when they named him Marketing Executive of the Year. Steve also spent over 8 years developing and servicing residential and commercial clients for his own business. Clients first entering the franchise arena will find Steve's business ownership experience to be a major asset. Steve is married with two children, and resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He enjoys fly-fishing, and is also an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast.
